Every original Creative Clayworks creation is handcrafted and goes through a painstaking process in my studio including hand forming, bisque firing, individually painting each item, glaze firing, and finishing with a beautiful color coordinated grosgrain ribbon. This amount of time allows me to maintain my high standards and provide you with the upscale quality that you expect.
Although rare, occasional errors do occur during one of the many steps required to complete your creation. You will be notified of any delays, or in the case of ClayBaby Impressions, if another impression will need to be done. If this is the case, another impression will be made at no charge or a full refund will be provided.
*Occasionally, slight imperfections in the pottery or glaze occur and should not be considered a flaw or defect, but simply show that each item is a handcrafted and handpainted item. |
